Fashionista Runa Ray’s Peace Flag Project tackles social justice, climate change

To tackle the lofty goals of climate change and social justice at the same time is a tall order, but fashion environmentalist Runa Ray launched the Peace Flag project to do just that.

The Global Peace Flag is an Initiative of Fashioning for Social Environmental Justice, a public charity organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes and, as such, is not organized for the private gain of any person. Our EIN is #99-0599539. Our IRS determination letter is dated August 19, 2024, and states that donors can deduct contributions made to us under IRC Section 170 and that Fashioning for Social Environmental Justice is qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devices, transfers, or gifts under IRC Sections 2055,  2106, or 2522.
